Sorry for my brief absence this weekend. I went on a retreat about 45 minutes away and didn't have a chance to comment about it on my last post.
This is one of the shots I took over the weekend (plus a little photo editing a-la-photoshop). Sadly, because it's been such a dry summer and fall, the leaves are probably going to chance color quickly, then turn brown and die. These 2 weeks are probably all the gorgeous fall weather we'll get. I always love the colors of the fall -- it makes me think that fall might just be my favorite season! But Christmas is fantastic, and you always need some summer...
