My iTunes: La Fiera di Venezia - Vi Sono Sposo E Amante by Cecilia Bartoli
I've had the idea for this shot in my head for a while, but never got around to shooting it until tonight. I'll probably play around with more shots like this in future, but I'm happy with how this one turned out. It was hard to tell on the camera's LCD screen, but the original shot was terribly overexposed. Thank goodness for Photoshop! Sometimes I wonder if I rely on it a little too much for making the image just right.
I've spent most of the day in my room, working on theory again. I read through nearly another chapter and will finish off the problem set tomorrow morning. I stopped by the library on my way home from church today and picked up a few movies to watch this week while I get work done. I watched The Sun Also Rises tonight, and am not sure what my final verdict is. I tend to like movies with strong resolution, and generally those with happy endings. But I liked the cinematography (there were some great skyline shots of Paris), and I admittedly did not give it my full attention. Does anyone else have an opinion?
